Ingredients:
- 6 oz (175 g) Sugar
- 1 oz (30 g) Cornstarch
- 4 Eggs
- 1 cup (250 mL) Pineapple juice
- 1 cup (250 mL) Orange juice
- 1�"2 cup (125 mL) Lemon juice
- 1 cup (250 mL) Bitter cream
Directions:
1. First, incorporate the sugar and cornstarch in a stainless-metallic bowl.
2. Next, increase the eggs and overcome until the blend is gentle.
3. Then, warm the fruit juices in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
4. Then, slowly battle the hot juices into the egg blend.
5. Then, return the combination to the saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring normally.
6. Then, even though the combination incorporates thickened, mechanically pour it out into a stainless-metal bowl or bain-marie and chill.
7. Finally, battle the bitter cream into the chilled fruit mix.
