Chocolate Ganache
Ingredients:
cream, whipped, cream topping, pressurized
spartan, real semi-sweet chocolate baking chips,
Directions:
Pour cream into small saucepan.
Bring just to boil on medium heat; remove from heat.
Place chocolate in medium bowl.
Pour cream over chocolate; let stand 3 min.
Stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended; pour over cake.
Let stand 3 hours or until ganache is set before serving.
