Lobster Asparagus Chopped Salad
Convey a medium pot of water to a boil, add the asparagus and cook right up until smooth still firm, about 2 in direction of 3 minutes. Drain and work less than cold water in direction of avoid it versus cooking further. Set aside.

Eight oz fresh cooked Lobster, chopped (from 2 1-1/4 lb lobsters)
A few 1/2 cups chopped asparagus
Four teaspoons a lot more virgin olive oil
Two tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/4 tsp kosher salt
Black pepper, toward flavor
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
2 tbsp diced red onion
A single basil leaf, chopped
