Dairy/Egg Free Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients:
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
spices, cinnamon, ground
leavening agents, baking soda
leavening agents, baking powder, double-acting, sodium aluminum sulfate
salt, table
sugars, granulated
oil, canola
syrup, maple, canadian
vanilla extract
pumpkin, raw
mini semi-sweet chocolate baking chips,
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees .
Combine dry ingredients in one bowl.
In a separate bowl, cream together sugar, oil, maple syrup, vanilla and pumpkin puree.
Add and beat in flour mix Add chocolate chips.
Drop onto baking sheet and bake 10 minutes.
These cookies are very moist and cake-like.
