Cream Style Porcupine Balls
Ingredients:
beef, grass-fed, ground, raw
onions, raw
spices, pepper, black
salt, table
sauce, worcestershire
rice, white, long-grain, regular, unenriched, cooked without salt
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
water, bottled, generic
soup, cream of chicken, canned, condensed
Directions:
Mix ground beef with onions, salt, pepper, worcestershire sauce and rice and form into balls.
Place balls in a baking dish.
Mix soup with water and milk and pour over the meatballs.
Bake, covered at 350 degrees for approximately 75 minutes.
