Orange glazed carrots
Ingredients:
carrots, raw
sugars, granulated
orange juice, raw
butter, without salt
salt, table
spices, parsley, dried
Directions:
Pell and slice carrots about 5mm thick
Place in a pan with enough water to barely cover.
Add other ingredients
Bring to boil reduce heat to medium and cook until most of liquid has evaporacted and carrots are cooked, keep an eye open towards end of cooking, you don't want to caramelise them!
