Crab Cake Sauce

Ingredients:
cream, sour, cultured
salad dressing, mayonnaise, regular
cheese, cottage, creamed, large or small curd
sauce, salsa, ready-to-serve
spices, pepper, red or cayenne
lemon juice, raw
yogurt, greek, plain, nonfat

Directions:
Combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, cottage cheese, salsa, cayenne pepper, lemon juice and yogurt in a blender and puree until smooth.
Chill before serving.
