No-Knead Beer Bread
Ingredients:
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
leavening agents, baking powder, double-acting, sodium aluminum sulfate
sugars, granulated
salt, table
alcoholic beverage, beer, regular, all
butter, without salt
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease a loaf pan.
In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients.
Add beer quickly and combine; the batter will be sticky and lumpy.
Pour batter into loaf pan.
Brush the top with butter.
Bake 3540 minutes, until bread is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let cool 10 minutes.
Transfer onto a rack to cool completely before slicing.
Store in an airtight container.
