Cream Cheese Pie Crust
Ingredients:
butter, without salt
cheese, parmesan, hard
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
sugars, granulated
Directions:
Blend butter and cream cheese.
Stir in flour and sugar.
Cover and chill 1 hour.
Form into small balls.
Put into small tin holders like muffin tins or just pat into tins for crust.
