Sour cream

Ingredients:
cream, fluid, heavy whipping
vinegar, distilled
salt, table

Directions:
Place heavy cream in a mason jar.
Add vinegar and salt.
Shake until mixture thickens.
Add more vinegar if desired to change flavor.
But not less, otherwise it will not thicken.
