Coconut Ice Cream
Ingredients:
shortening confectionery, coconut (hydrogenated) and or palm kernel (hydrogenated)
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
milk, canned, condensed, sweetened
cream, whipped, cream topping, pressurized
nuts, almonds
vanilla extract
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a bowl and beat with a balloon whisk for 2-3mins.
Pour into a freezer friendly container and place in freezer until set.
Check every two hours where possible, stiring with a fork to break down water crystals.
