Black Forest Potato Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
potatoes, raw, skin
vinegar, cider
oil, olive, salad or cooking
water, bottled, generic
spices, pepper, black
apples, raw, with skin
pork sausage, link/patty, unprepared
sauerkraut, canned, solids and liquids
onions, spring or scallions (includes tops and bulb), raw
parsley, fresh

Directions:
In 2-qt saucepan over medium heat, cook potatoes, covered, in 2 inches boiling water till tender, about 12 min; drain.
Meanwhile, in large bowl whisk together vinegar, oil, water and pepper.
Fold in apples.
In large nonstick skillet over medium heat, toss and brown sausage 10 min.
Remove with slotted spoon.
Drain on paper towels.
Add in potatoes, sauerkraut, onions, parsley and sausage to apple mix; toss gently.
Season with salt.
