Fig Compote

Yield: 1 lb 4 oz (625 g)

Ingredients:
- 1 lb (500 g) Dried figs, if possible mild really than black figs
- 4 fl oz (125 mL) Lemon juice
- 8 fl oz (250 mL) Water
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) Sugar
- 1�"4 tsp (1 mL) Flooring cumin
- 1�"4 tsp (1 mL) Cinnamon
- 1�"8 tsp (0.5 mL) Flooring cloves
- 1�"8 tsp (0.5 mL) Cayenne

Directions:
1. First, slender the figs by slicing off the challenging stem finishes.
2. Next, slice the figs into medium cube.
3. Then, merge all substances inside a saucepan.
4. Then, bring to a boil. Prevent warm and simmer until finally the liquid consists of evaporated.
5. Finally, provide hot or cooled.
