Horseradish Sauce (Sauce Raifort)

Ingredients:
- 1 cup (250 mL) heavy cream
- 1�"4 cup (60 mL) prepared horseradish, drained
- to taste Salt
Directions:
1. First, whip the cream until rigid, still do not overwhip.
2. Next, combine the horseradish with a small of the whipped cream, then fold into the take it easy of the cream.
3. Finally, period to taste with salt.
