Ingredients:
cream, whipped, cream topping, pressurized
milk, buttermilk, fluid, cultured, lowfat

Directions:
Heat whipping cream in a small saucepan to 85 degrees F.
Remove from heat and add the buttermilk.
Pour into a jar with a lid.
Close lid and let stand in a warm place at room temperature for 36 hours.
Then, store in the refrigerator.
