Cumin-Spiked Popcorn
Ingredients:
snacks, popcorn, air-popped (unsalted)
oil, olive, salad or cooking
spices, cumin seed
spices, coriander seed
salt, table
spices, pepper, red or cayenne
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in large, heavy pan.
Cover, and place over medium-high heat.
When corn starts to pop, shake vigorously until all kernels are popped.
Serve immediately.
