Sesame Miso Sauce

Yield: 12 fl oz (360 mL)

Ingredients:
- 2 oz (60 g) Sesame seeds
- 8 oz (240 g) Crimson miso (view)
- 21�"2 oz (75 g) Sugar
- 2 fl oz (60 mL) Mirin (sweet Eastern rice wine)

Directions:
1. First, around lower heat, toast the sesame seeds in a dry sauté pan until they are aromatic and include darkened marginally.
2. Next, grind the toasted seeds in a mortar or spice grinder.
3. Finally, merge the flooring sesame seeds with the staying substances. Stir properly.
