Cucumber Raita

Yield: 11�"2 pt (750 mL)

Ingredients:
- 1�"2 tsp (2 mL) Cumin seed
- 8 oz (250 g) Cucumber
- 1 pt (500 mL) Undeniable yogurt
- 1 tsp (5 mL) Salt
- 1�"8 tsp (1 mL) Black pepper
- 1�"8�?"1�"4 tsp (1�?"2 mL) Cayenne

Directions:
1. First, in a tiny, dry skillet more than delicate heat, toast the cumin seeds until they are aromatic and change a somewhat darker coloration of brown. Remove against the warm and grind inside a spice grinder.
2. Next, peel and grate the cucumbers coarsely.
3. Then, issue the yogurt inside a bowl and whip right until comfortable.
4. Finally, incorporate the flooring cumin, grated cucumber, salt, pepper, and cayenne. mix properly.
