Coconut Rice

Ingredients:
rice, white, long-grain, regular, unenriched, cooked without salt
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
shortening confectionery, coconut (hydrogenated) and or palm kernel (hydrogenated)
sugars, granulated

Directions:
Place the rice and milk in a rice cooker and once it gets hot and starts to boil, add the coconut and sugar.
Serve warm.
If you dont have a rice cooker, in a medium pot, bring rice and milk to a boil.
Once it boils, stir in the coconut and sugar and turn heat to low.
Cover and simmer until the liquid has been absorbed, about 15-20 minutes.
