Morning Berry Parfait
Ingredients:
strawberries, raw
yogurt, greek, plain, nonfat
cereals, oats, regular and quick, unenriched, cooked with water (includes boiling and microwaving), without salt
water, bottled, generic
Directions:
LAYER four glasses each with 1/2 cup strawberries, 1/4 cup yogurt and 3 Tbsp.
cereal.
REPEAT layers.
Serve immediately.
SERVE each meal with a 8 fl oz glass of water.
