Ingredients:

spices, pepper, black
Directions:
Heat butter in pan; add in rest of ingredients; add in 1 c. lowfat milk and 4 hard-boiled Large eggs minced; cook over low heat till thickened; serve over thick slices of toasted homemade bread.
