Embarrassingly Easy Chinese Noodles

Ingredients:
noodles, egg, dry, unenriched
sauce, hoisin, ready-to-serve
soy sauce made from soy (tamari)
oil, sesame, salad or cooking
seeds, sesame seeds, whole, dried

Directions:
Bring a pot of water to a boil and add your noodles.
Chinese noodles usually come stuck together, so gently pull them apart with a fork as they cook.
Cook for 2-3 minutes, or according to your package instructions.
Then drain them and run them under cold water for a few minutes to remove any extra starch.
Drain any excess water.
In a small bowl, mix together your hoisin sauce and soy sauce.
Set aside.
Heat your sesame oil in a skillet on medium heat, then add your noodles.
Top with the sauce and sesame seeds.
Toss to coat and allow noodles to get a little crisp, about 3-4 minutes.
If noodles are too dry, add additional sauce ingredients 1/2 a teaspoon at a time.
Transfer to a serving plate and enjoy!
