German Yogurt Dressing
Ingredients:
1/2 cup plain yogurt, 2 tsp sugar (or sweetener), 1 tbsp canola or walnut oil, 2 tsp white balsamic or wine vinegar, 1 tbsp chopped chives, 1 tbsp minced onion, 1 tbsp chopped dill, 1 tsp minced garlic, 1 tsp medium-hot mustard.
Directions:
Whisk together yogurt, sugar, vinegar, and oil. Stir in the mustard, onion, chives, dill, and garlic. Let the dressing chill in the refrigerator for a few hours to allow flavors to meld.
