Hazelnut Chocolate Cake
Ingredients:
9 oz butter or margarine, 7 oz sugar, 4 eggs, 2 drops almond essence, 9 oz flour, 3 tsp baking powder, 9 oz ground hazelnuts, 1 3/4 oz chopped Swiss chocolate, powdered sugar for dusting.
Directions:
Whisk sugar, almond essence, and eggs. Cream in the butter. Stir in flour, baking powder, and ground hazelnuts. Fold in the chopped chocolate. Pour batter into a greased ring pan. Bake at 350
