Ingredients:
2 1/2 tbsp sugar, 1/2 cup egg substitute, 1/4 cup softened margarine, zest and juice of 1 lemon, 1/4 tsp almond extract, 1 1/2 cups sifted flour, 2 3/4 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder, 1/2 tsp cinnamon.
Directions:
Beat sugar with egg substitute until fluffy. Mix in margarine, lemon juice, zest, and almond extract. Stir in flour and baking powder. Shape 3/4 of the dough into a rectangle on a floured board. Mix cocoa and cinnamon into the remaining dough and spread over the rectangle. Fold sides toward the center to form a log. Bake at 400
