Pizza Crust

Ingredients:
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
water, bottled, generic
oil, olive, salad or cooking
leavening agents, yeast, baker's, active dry
salt, table

Directions:
In mixer, mix flour, water, yeast and salt until it forms a loose dough.
Mix in oil until incorporated.
Switch to dough hook and knead for 15 minutes.
Forn dough into a ball and place in an oiled bowl covered by plastic wrap.
Proof in refrigerator for 24 hours.
