Poppin' Fresh Barbe Cups
Ingredients:
3/4 lb lean ground beef
1 tablespoon minced onion
2 tablespoons brown sugar
12 biscuits (from an 8-oz tube or your favorite recipe)
1/2 cup barbecue sauce (store-bought or homemade)
3/4 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions:
In a skillet, brown the ground beef and drain off excess fat. Stir in the barbecue sauce, onion, and brown sugar, then set aside. Separate the biscuit dough into 12 pieces and press one into each of 12 ungreased muffin cups, pressing the dough up the sides to the rim. Spoon the meat mixture into the cups and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese. Bake in a preheated 400
