Spiced Coconut Chia Seed Pudding
Ingredients:
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
seeds, chia seeds, dried
sweetener, syrup, agave
spices, cinnamon, ground
vanilla extract
spices, nutmeg, ground
Directions:
Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl.
Cover the bowl with a sheet of plastic wrap and refrigerate for approximately 2 hours or until the mixture has reached the consistency of pudding.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
