Chia Seed Oatmeal
Ingredients:
oats
seeds, chia seeds, dried
seeds, flaxseed
raisins, seeded
nuts, walnuts, english
sweetener, syrup, agave
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
Directions:
Combine the oatmeal and 1 cup water.
Microwave on full power for 2 minutes or until the oats are cooked.
Add the chia seeds, ground flaxseeds, raisins, walnuts and agave nectar.
Let sit 3 to 4 minutes.
Stir in the milk.
