Sour Cream Fudge
Ingredients:
sugars, granulated
cream, sour, cultured
syrups, corn, light
butter, without salt
salt, table
nuts, pecans
Directions:
Mix first 5 ingredients in large saucepan.
Cook on med-hi to soft ball, (238 degrees).
Cool to 110 degrees.
Beat for 2 minutes.
Add pecans.
Spread in buttered 8in square pan.
