Nourishing Protein Bars
Ingredients:
nuts, almonds
seeds, pumpkin and squash seeds, whole, roasted, without salt
dates, deglet noor
shortening confectionery, coconut (hydrogenated) and or palm kernel (hydrogenated)
nuts, almonds
salt, table
shortening confectionery, coconut (hydrogenated) and or palm kernel (hydrogenated)
syrup, maple, canadian
vanilla extract
Directions:
Grind almonds through almond butter in food processor.
Melt coconut oil, add maple syrup and vanilla.
Add to food processor.
Pulse to coarse paste.
Spread in 8x8 pan.
Cool in fridge.
