Wasabi Fish Cake Medley
Ingredients:
sauce, fish, ready-to-serve
wasabi, root, raw
soy sauce made from soy (tamari)
salt, table
salt, table
rice, white, long-grain, regular, unenriched, cooked without salt
Directions:
Cut the fish cake into small dice.
Combine with the wasabi, soy sauce, sake and salt.
Fold the fish mixture into the rice.
