Chicken Curry

Ingredients:
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
spices, curry powder
salt, table
spices, pepper, black
butter, without salt
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
chicken, broiler or fryers, breast, skinless, boneless, meat only, raw

Directions:
1.
Mix dry ingredients 2.
Melt butter over low heat 3.
Add dry ingredients, mixing with whisk 4.
Cook over low heat, stirring until mixture is smooth and bubbly 5.
Remove from heat 6.
Gradually stir in milk 7.
Heat to boiling, stirring constantly 8.
Boil and stir until thickened, about 1 minute 9.
Stir in chicken
Serve over rice.
Many of my family members like to add toppings to this dish.
They recommend some combination of raisins, chopped nuts, bananas, chutney, apples, pears, and coconut.
I prefer the naked curry.
