Basic Abm White Bread Recipe
Ingredients:
leavening agents, yeast, baker's, active dry
sugars, granulated
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
salt, table
water, bottled, generic
oil, olive, salad or cooking
Directions:
There is a range of 2 1/2 -3 c. of flour.
use the smaller amount in the winter because flour is like a sponge; it absorbs moisture from the air.
Place the 4 ingredients in the pan of your machine in the order indicated.
Place pan in machine.
Press start.
