Fifteen Minute Oatmeal Scones

Ingredients:
oats
salt, table
leavening agents, baking powder, double-acting, sodium aluminum sulfate
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
butter, without salt
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d

Directions:
Mix together the oats, salt, baking powder and flour in a large bowl.
Cut in the butter and work with your fingers so the mixture resembles cornmeal.
Pour in the milk and stir only until combined.
Divide into four and pat each sticky ball down on a lined baking sheet.
Bake at 475F for twelve minutes, or until golden.
