Shortbread Cookies
Ingredients:
butter, without salt
cornstarch
sugars, powdered
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
Directions:
In a large bowl beat with eletric mixer softened butter, corn startch, icing sugar and flor.
Drop by teaspoonfuls on to ungreased cookie sheet.
You can add a chocolate Chip or a glazed cherrie to the top of the cookie.
Bake at 325 C for 17-25 minutes depending on the temperature of your oven.
