Irish Soda Bread
Ingredients:
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
leavening agents, baking powder, double-acting, sodium aluminum sulfate
salt, table
raisins, seeded
spices, caraway seed
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
Directions:
Mix all ingredients.
Knead and shape with hands.
Bake in 9 inch pie plate.
Temperature: 375-400 F (190-205 C) Time: 30-40 minutes.
Ready when tapped and it sounds hollow.
