Creamy Cocoa Icing
Ingredients:
butter, without salt
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
sugars, powdered
cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
Directions:
Melt butter in a 2- quart sucepan.
Add milk,powdered sugar and cocoa.
Stir over low heat until smooth and creamy.
Makes about 3 cups.
