Cherry Tomatoes in Torta Del Casar Cheese Sauce
Ingredients:
Cherries
Milk
Whipped cream
Tomatoes
Dried basil
Dried thyme
Dried rosemary
Directions:
1. Melt cheese, milk and cream over very low heat stirring constantly to prevent it from separating. Season with freshly-chopped basil and a pinch of rosemary and thyme.
2. Arrange the mini tomatoes on the plates.
3. Top with cheese sauce.
4. Put remaining sauce in dish and top with diced tomatoes.
5. Use remaining as a dip for chips or crackers.
