Strawberry Shortcake

Ingredients:
Biscuits: 1.66 cups warm water, 3 tbsp honey, 1 cup rolled oats, 1 cup almonds, 3 tsp baking powder, 2.33 cups whole wheat flour. Filling: 2 pints sliced strawberries. Topping: 1/2 cup chopped almonds, 1 tbsp maple syrup, 2 cups water, 8 large strawberries, 1 frozen banana

Directions:
Stir honey into hot water to dissolve. Process oats and almonds into a fine meal. Mix with dry ingredients, then add honey water. Stir until just moistened. Drop by spoonfuls onto a nonstick baking sheet. Bake at 400
