Ingredients:
Pita bread (cut in half), Guacamole, Sunflower-Almond Spread, or Chickpea Veggie Dip, romaine or spinach, grated carrots, chopped tomato, cucumber, scallions, broccoli, cauliflower, and sprouts, Veggie Shredds
Directions:
Cut pita in half and spread with your choice of dip. Line with greens and vegetables. Fill with grated carrots, chopped tomato, cucumber, scallions, broccoli, cauliflower, and sprouts. Top with Veggie Shredds.
