Ezekiel Bread
Ingredients:
2 packages yeast in 1/2 cup hot water, 8 cups whole wheat flour, 4 cups barley flour, 2 cups soy flour, 1/2 cup millet flour, 1/4 cup rye flour, 1 cup cooked and mashed lentils, 4 tbsp honey, 4-5 tbsp olive oil, 1.5 cups hot water
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in water and let sit for 10 minutes. In a separate bowl, combine all flours. Mix lentils, honey, oil, and a small amount of water in a blender, then transfer to a large bowl. Add 2 cups of the flour mixture and the yeast mixture. Stir in the remaining flour. Knead on a floured surface until smooth. Place in an oiled bowl, let rise until doubled. Punch down, knead, and form into 4 loaves. Place in oiled pans, let rise, and bake at 375
