1.75 cups whole wheat kernels, 1.25 cups water, 1 pkg yeast, 1 tbsp oil, 1 tbsp honey
Directions:
Grind the wheat in a blender or grinder. Add remaining ingredients and mix together. Pour into an oiled loaf pan. Let rise for about 30 minutes. Bake at 350
