Creamy Oatmeal (Oats)

water, bottled, generic
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
salt, table
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients in a pot
Place on a hot plate and bring to the boil, stirring often
When it starts boiling reduce the heat to medium and simmer uncovered for 8 minutes, stirring often
Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes
Serve with butter and sugar or honey
