Whole Wheat Pizza

Ingredients:
Crust: 1 pkg dry yeast, 2 cups whole wheat flour, 1.25 cups hot water, 1 tsp honey, 2 tbsp oil, 1-1.5 cups extra flour. Topping: 15 oz can tomato sauce, 1 tsp Bragg Liquid Aminos, 4 tsp basil, 1 tsp oregano, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1 cup sliced mushrooms, 1 chopped onion, 2 chopped bell peppers, 2 tbsp olive oil, vegan cheese shreds

Directions:
Mix yeast and 2 cups flour. Combine water and honey, then gradually beat into the flour. Add enough flour to make a stiff dough. Knead for 10 minutes, let rise for 1 hour. Divide into two, roll into 13-inch circles. Mix sauce ingredients, spread on dough, top with vegetables, drizzle with oil. Bake at 425
