Vegan Sponge Cake
Ingredients:
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
sugars, granulated
leavening agents, baking powder, double-acting, sodium aluminum sulfate
egg substitute, powder
vanilla extract
oil, olive, salad or cooking
oil, olive, salad or cooking
water, bottled, generic
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375F.
Mix the first 4 ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
Add the vanilla and oil until all dry ingredients are moistened.
Add the water and mix well.
Pour into a greased 9 inch pan and bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out of the center clean.
