Bunch of romaine, 2 chopped tomatoes, 1 chopped cucumber, 1/2 chopped green pepper, 5 chopped scallions, 1 cup crumbled tofu or vegan cheese, 12-16 black olives, Balsamic Salad Dressing
Directions:
Combine all ingredients together and serve with balsamic dressing on the side.
