Slow & Easy BBQ Ribs

Ingredients:
spices, chili powder
spices, garlic powder
spices, paprika
spices, pepper, red or cayenne
pork, fresh, loin, country-style ribs, separable lean only, raw
sauce, barbecue
water, bottled, generic

Directions:
Mix seasonings until blended; rub onto both sides of ribs.
Place half the ribs in single layer on large sheet of heavy-duty foil; wrap tightly.
Repeat with remaining ribs on separate sheet of foil.
Refrigerate 4 hours.
Heat oven to 325F.
Unwrap ribs.
Reserve 1/2 cup barbecue sauce; brush ribs with remaining sauce.
Bring up foil sides; double fold top and one end of each packet to seal.
Add 1/4 cup water to each packet through open end.
Double-fold remaining ends, leaving room for heat circulation inside.
Place in single layer on baking sheet.
Bake 2 hours or until ribs are done.
Remove ribs from foil; discard foil.
Heat grill to medium-high heat.
Add ribs to grill; brush evenly with half the reserved barbecue sauce.
Grill 15 min., turning and brushing occasionally with remaining barbecue sauce.
