Vanilla cinnamon overnight oats
Ingredients:
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
oats
yogurt, greek, plain, nonfat
spices, cinnamon, ground
sugars, granulated
Directions:
In a container with a leak prof lid mix all ingredients together ( kids will enjoy shaking them up)
Set in fridge overnight or at least 6 hours
When your ready yo eat take them out give them another little mix & that's it enjoy
