Marinated Chicken Breast In Pepper Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:
oil, olive, salad or cooking
spices, basil, dried
lemon juice, raw
spices, pepper, red or cayenne
spices, garlic powder

Directions:
Mix marinade.
Coat on chicken and chill overnight.
In large skillet, heat butter and saute/fry peppers for 2 min.
Remove peppers and reserve.
In skillet, stir in white wine and chicken broth.
Increase heat to high and boil till sauce is reduced to 2 Tbsp., about 5 min.
Add in cream; cook till reduced by 1/2 (about 4 min).
In 2nd skillet, saute/fry mushrooms and 2 Tbsp.
butter over medium high till slightly brown.
Add in peppers to cream sauce and salt it.
Drain chicken and throw away marinade sauce.
Broil chicken 4 inches from heat, turning once, till tender and juice runs clear.
Throw away skin and cut chicken into 1/2 inch strips.
Stir Parmesan cheese and basil in heated pepper sauce.
On heated platter, arrange chicken attractively on top of hot fettucini.
Pour sauce over it and serve immediately.
